I had made a contract order for a cake that was due on 7/31/16 and they failed to make it and didn't want to attempt to fix the order and started arguing with me with out any justification or attempt to resolve the issue and because of that it ruined my daughter's baptism party very bad customer service. Can you please help with this issue.
