Review: I got a wheel alignment done on my car. There's a standard fee for this kind of service. The mechanic claimed that he had to do the back tires of car in addition to front ones to get alignment done so he charged me about $30 more because of this. A car alignment covers all four tires for the standard fee. I feel he overcharged me.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded at least $30. I have paid around $45-50 for this service before more than once

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Our standard fee for a wheel alignment is $50.00 and it does cover all four tires, however on some vehicles the rear suspension requires that the toe and camber to be aligned so that the front suspension can be properly aligned. This requires more time and labor so the additional of $30.00 was charged to your statement. This is not the first wheel alignment I get done in my car. I waited longer for the car to be taken and serviced than the actual "wheel alignment". The receipt I got doesn't reflect the extra step that according to your business amounts to the extra $30.
