Pan Am Equities

Review: I've been living at [redacted] for about a year. In that time, I have not had hot water roughly 30 different times. This is a breach of our contract. Revdex.com needs to look into this issue because every NYC resident is obligated to hot water and heat. [redacted]/Pan Am Equities/ [redacted] has failed to deliver their contract of hot water time and time again. Apparently floors 1-13 have water on a regular basis but any floor above 13 (14-35) regularly do not have hot water. Please investigate.Desired Settlement: There needs to be a new boiler. I don't care if the boiler is over $750,000.00. Pan Am Equities/ [redacted] needs to fix this as soon as possible. I didn't have hot water for the 30th time this morning.
