Review: On March **, 2013 I purchased a package for Lazer hair removal from the Pamper me Salon, at the time owned by [redacted]. I payed $500 cash for 6 Visits of hair removal.I used the service on 3/**, 3/**, 5/*. The next time I tried to make an appointment I was told that there were new owners and they did not provide lazer services.I called [redacted] on her cell phone at ###-###-####. She apparently has another salon in Manhasset called Flirt Spa and Brow Bar and asked me to come there for the balance (3 more visits)left.I explained to her that her new location is inconvenient to me and she should return my balance of $250.00. She said she would. I have called her about 20 times since the beginning of June to no avail.If she answers the phone she tells me she will mail me the money soon. If I leave her a message or send a text she just does not reply.Finally on Monday July **, 2013 [redacted] admitted that she has no intention of sending me any money and I should stop calling her.I have no written receipt other that the business card the cosmetician initialed at each visit.How do I get my balance back?Desired Settlement: I just want my balance of $250 reimbursed .
