place to determine if more or less premium should have been charged based on the actual payroll/employees the customer had during the covered period of time.   Since [redacted] cancelled ‘mid-term’ a ‘mid-term audit’ had been requested (see letter attached dated June 26th 2017).  He has to complete the audit before it can be determined if any premium should be refunded.   [redacted] already had received a credit back for his other cancelled policy, however the workers compensation must go through the audit first. It is my understanding from our independent auditing company that after [redacted] sent in a complaint, he did return the auditor’s call to complete his audit.  Please confirm receipt of this email and let me know if you need anything else.   Sincerely,
