Terrible, terrible company. I agreed to take an Amazon customer satisfaction survey and was awarded my choice of a number of two free items, to be selected from a menu. All I had to do was pay for shipping. Well, I paid for shipping and was charged $200 fourteen days later for the "freebie." Amazon should be ashamed to do business with a company like this. Stay away!
being billed for something I did not authorize
I order an initial order to try their product and did not give them permission for any additional products, they have now charged me three month for a total of $300. I want credit and no more shipments
I need a refund and no other charges, they are using my credit card without my authorization

Thank you for your notification in regards to *** We value our customers and believe firmly in providing them excellent customer support.
As is stated on our website, we offer a 14 of our products PaltroxRX. The customer need only pay $3.86 for shipping and handling for a full month's supply that they may evaluate within the 14 day period. If we do not receive notification from the customer within their 14 day period that they wish to cancel, they will be billed at a price of $99.93 and enrolled in our monthly auto shipment program. The terms and conditions are posted in accessible and clear view of our customers before placing their order.
However, we do not want our customers unhappy or dissatisfied in anyway. We are happy to inform you that we have processed full refunds on all charges in ***'s account with us and cancelled any future shipments or billings.
The refunded amounts are: $3.86, $99.93,$99.93 and $99.93. The funds will be credited back to the payment method at time of purchase. The refunds will reflect back into the associated account within 3-5 business days or longer depending on the speed of the processing bank. Please note, the credits stated above may reflect in individual amounts on ***'s bank statement.

I purchased a free sample of their "male enhancement" product for their offer of $3.86, SHIPPING ONLY.
I received the 30 day supply. After consuming product according to instruction, I found the product didn't produce the claimed results. Approximately 30 days from initializing the original "free trial",
my credit card was charged for $99.93. I immediately disputed the charge. Now, today, 30 days later, I received, by mail, another shipment of product, that I did not order. And, my credit card was charged again for $99.93. I have returned to the sender, the product package, unopened and will once again, dispute the charge to my credit card. This company provides no means for contact to resolve this issue. I have written a letter, which was sent to the return address on the recently received package, demanding they cease their shipments and charges, immediately. These business practices by this company, in my opinion, are deceptive and criminal.
