The homeowner attempted to contact us by leaving a voicemail after hours last night March 11th and sending an email at 1:AM this morning March 12thThe proposal that was sent to the Homeowner was for replacing broken tile, broken mudballs and general routine maintenance on the roof along with securing any loose tileIf the Homeowner would like us to ONLY secure loose tile, we will be willing to perform JUST this repair at no chargeAs This house was completed in and carried only a year warranty from the HomebuilderOver the past several years, we have made repairs to houses in the area caused by storms and high winds which can cause tiles to shift and come loose

I have contacted the business immediately after reading their response, and was told that they will contact me soon to schedule an appointment to fix the loose tilesHowever, it has been a week now with no return call.Still waiting

As background: This house was completed in 2006 and carried only a 2 year warranty from the Homebuilder. Over the past several years, we have made repairs to houses in the area caused by storms and high winds which can cause tiles to shift and come loose.
