Review: I contacted Palone Bros. on 11/**/14 and a worker came down to fix front and back of store heating units and charged us 408.28$. The front unit was never fixed properly. After worker left it stopped working. We called and worker came out to fix. It stopped working the next day. Then we called again and worker came out again to fix and it was fine that day but stopped working next day. Then we called again and worker came it to fix and charged us 163.31$. The next day the unit stopped working. We feel obligated not to pay 408.28 until the issue is fully resolved and never to pay the extra 163.31$.Desired Settlement: To have front unit working and not to pay 163.31$

This situation was rectified. We supplied and installed two new White Rodgers thermostats at the pharmacy. There has been no complaints as of yet. I spoke with [redacted] and he is satisfied with the service that we performed.
