Ms *** account service was changed, and when changed had a error which was charging her more by $7.00/mo. Account was credited back for $for this error. Subsequent to her service was changed and an price increase occurred. The type of service was changed again form a
package plan to a bottle plan. She called with a concern on the account again, I was asked to look at It I left a message on her phone. She I believe assumed that I had credited her account. She called back weeks later and the call was transferred to me and I was not at a computer to access her account. Her service was correct and the quantity she was receiving and deliveries matched. She received on May 8th a transaction listing. Account was closed on 5/with balance remaining. June she called had charged her account the account had been closed the card inactive to process, our system tried to process with NO transaction, NO amount processed. I said to her I would reverse the charge on her account and that I was sorry this happened and the amount cleared. I figured the call was completed since I had handled her request, not hung up. Account is closed and I charged off the balance. Errors occurred, correction has been taken
Review: After months of problems with our water delivery service from Palomar Mountain Water, I called to cancel our service. The woman on the phone convinced me to give them one more try, that she would fix the problems & give us 3 free bottles of water. The next month we again did not get our water because they delivered it to the wrong address. Again, I called to cancel our service. I was told that I had to pay for the water anyway, even though it was delivered to the wrong address. Now I have been billed for the 3 "FREE" bottles, plus the 2 that we never received. They will not correct the problem. I spoke to the billing person ([redacted]) on the phone, and I left a voicemail for the Customer Service Supervisor, and also sent an email to their "complaints" email address. No one has contacted me to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: I want them to Correct their mistake by removing the charges ($30.45) on my final bill, for the 3 "FREE" bottles, plus the 2 I didn't receive.
Although the water tastes great, after the first year of service and illness of my usual driver who I guess was off his route, I have had poor service, and terrible follow thru on their end with resolving issues, which should be simple billing ones now. There seems to be no communication between salesmen and the office, and a lack of common sense. Because we have service with a 60 gallon tank that provides wAter to inside the home, we are stuck with this unsatisfactory situation as no other companies offers this service that I can see.
