Review: We have Paloma (Rheem) tankless hot water heater mod # PH-28 R DVSN Ser# 06-05-0[redacted]0. This unit continually errors out and fails to produce hot water. We have been unable to get support on this unit for several months now. We asked to have our case escalated to a supervisor last year and have never been able to discuss this with a supervisor case#3[redacted]6. We had the vents check and send pictures as requested. This unit is under factory warranty and hasn't been repaired. We have flushed the tank per instructions regularly,checked the filter, replace the circuit board (not satisfied tech reprogrammed correctly for our altitude, would put old board back in but factory has it), cleaned oxygen sensor, replace gas valve, replace water valve ourselves with a technician. We have requested a technician do the repairs and they always stated they would pay a technician but they don't have any. We have been waiting for months to have this resolved, I called back in on my case today and no avail, I was again told someone would call me back and they didn't. I believe we have a lemon unit and would like it replaced if they can't repair it.Desired Settlement: I would like this unit replaced if it can't be repaired, this has been a challenging winter to have intermittent hot water, makes simple showers and baths very difficult to impossible.Dates on next screen only guess, I don't have dates, our original unit was recalled by Paloma this was a replacement they sent us.
