Bed bugs are rampant hereIf you just look next to the dumpsters on property they have thrown out at least mattressesMy friend moved here from Kansas City and make the mistake of moving into the palmsYes, they have new management and *** is pleasant enough but unfortunately the owner of the motel does not provide the resources to her to make the hotel clean and suitableMy friend had to move rooms FOUR times because of bed bugsEach and every time he had to wash and heat every item of clothing he hasAfter the fourth move he gave up and moved to another company all togetherIt was unfortunate because he had just paid rentMy friend asked for his money back and the manager asked the owner of the motel and he said noEven though my friend had to go from room to room because the motel is just deteriorating he was offered no compensation or refund at allIt's really unfortunate that the city allows these type of businesses to even exist let alone right on the Branson stripIt is such an eye soreBe careful if you stay here, check long and hard for bedbugsI bet you'll find someMy poor friend looks like he has chicken pox he has so many big bites all over his bodyBeware
