Don't adhering to their return policy suing an official state of emergencyI purchased a generator over the phoneI never received the product
I called palmetto outdoor on the 6th of September and ordered a generatorI was told they would call the next day when it arrivedI called days later on the 8th when I did not need it anymore and that is when I was told it was thereSo I asked it I can just return it and I was told that they have a no return pointyI had a family member go it an d see a sign that says they will take return with in daysNow I don't have a generator or the rollers that I charged over the phone
