Palmer's Jeweler's & Manufacturers

Austin Banks policy is that they will close your account WITHOUT notification if your account has a 0 balance for more than 24 hours. That makes absolutely no sense to me. How is someone struggling to get by going to find the time and money to come put something in the account in 24 hours? I called and asked about the situation and they told me it was their policy and their way of notifying you is what you sign at the beginning. Yes, I did read the terms and agreement, but that was also 6+ years ago.
I get emails about points and to sign other people up for Austin Bank and about my bank statement, but not about my account fixing to be closed? 24 hours is not enough time for someone to find money and put it in the bank. Also not enough time for someone that works 50+ hrs a week to find time to do that. I will not refer anyone to this bank based off of that policy. If the policy changed then it would have been a prefect bank for me. I know most of the people that work there and they are usually friendly, but I will be moving to a different bank.
