Alan Keller, our estimator with Palmer, came out and went to great lengths to expalin options and solutions for our issue with a leaking metal roof. We have a metal house roof and a patio metal roof and where the 2 met, it developed a leak. The issue was to stop the leaking between the 2 roofs. My husband talked with other metal roof companies (some did not underatand was going on and others took little interest in fixing it other than a "quick fix) , and we chose Palmer. Not only were they very concerned in fixing it right the FIRST time, but also making the "fix" last. They have a 10 yr warranty and since they have been in business for several years, we have no doubt they would be around for the 10 year period. Call Palmer first, shop around if you feel you need to, but in the end, as we did, you probably call Palmer to do the job! Their pricing was very reasonable. They are 100% customer oriented - which in this day and age- seldom comes with any service provider. We HIGHLY recommend Palmer Roofing!!!
