[redacted] took the time to come to our home and explained the cleaning process, significance of proper washing and timing and advised us that the optimal time for power washing generally occurs after the pollen season.
We are not from this area and he could have taken advantage of our lack of knowledge however this was not the case. He instead cleaned out our front gutters inspected our roof and found rusted roofing nails, removed them and cleaned our back windows. He was so honest and would not take payment until he powerwashes after pollen season as per his excellent advice. We are very fortunate to have found such an honest and hardworking person to help us maintain our new home. Thank you [redacted]!
