Palmer Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning

I paid him $700.00 cash last summer to do work on our air conditioner. He only answers the phone if he doesn't recognize the number. For example, my husband had to call Robert from his business phone. He would totally ignore my calls. This year I paid him $220. In cash for putting coolant into our air conditioner. One day later the air conditioner stopped working. I sent him numerous text messages, which he ignored. This has been a total waste of time and money.
