Ms***- Thank you for the notice of complaint about our Ford Raptor on Cars.com. We do value any feedback about our dealership and make every effort to correct any possible issues for all of our customers. I have reviewed the issue and have discovered that the vehicle was
disclosed on several websites using the MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) which is correct from the Monroney sticker issued by the manufacturer. We have contacted our website company, with the effort to have these specialty vehicles updated so that it requests the consumer to call the dealership direct for a price so that there is no confusion about the asking price and MSRP on a particular vehicle that may be in high demand. We are also working with other 3rd party vendors to have our inventory displayed in a similar manner. Some of this process is controlled entirely by the vendor on how they display the vehicle, but we will work closely with all of our vendors to update our inventory so we minimize any possible confusion on behalf of our customers Thank you again for your time and bringing this matter to our attention Sincerely, Palm Springs Motors, Inc
