received no complaints from them. As far as the roaches are concerned she never reported finding them in her room. The $100 security deposit was returned to her. We are sorry she feels as she does but we did everything in our power to rectify the issues she raised

The manager needs to learn how to treat his customers. He's very rude and lacks customer service skills. The way he treated me was rude and unnecessary. He just about gave me a heart attack. He could've cared less if I'd dropped dead on the spot. I've worked in retail for 30 years and I've never treated anyone like I was treated that day. He needs to regulate his maintenance worker that smokes marijuana in the back parking lot where customers can see and smell it. They're many reviews online stating similar experiences with this same rude manager and with several other rooms being infested with roaches. The facts speak for themselves
