On 4/3/my son-in-law *** and I met with *** *** (Palm Tree Removal Specialist) we agreed on a price for the Palm Tree and the manner in which it would be removed *** assured us both that "the company was very professional and that our property would be treated as if it was their very own." He also stated "we will clean and repair the landscape (lawn and flower beds.)" I also requested that they contact me prior to the removal of the tree, as I wanted to be present
On *** @ approx10:am three men came to my home stating that they were with The Palm Market and that they were removing the tree I told them that I was not notified, and I called Mr***, He stated “ I he didn't know" They used shovels and began digging up the lawn and told me “we have to dig all around the palm tree and we will be digging a trench about three feet wide and five feet long.” I reminded them that they needed to preserve the landscape and the grass that they were removing
