Palm Beach Upholstery

We contracted with Palm Beach Upholstery to make and install several window treatments for our home. ***, the owner, came to the home several times and took measurements. He was paid in full. He installed one window treatment (albeit they used the incorrect fabric but I let it slide since it was the same color as the correct fabric just a different pattern that he claims Kravet (the fabric provider) sidemarked improperly). Then it was time to install a window treatment for our loft and one for our master bath. The master bath window treatment looked terrible. It had a HUGE space and I could see my neighbors house through the gap (not ideal for privacy in the bathroom). The loft window treatment had a seam sewn down one side (but not the other) and the hem was entirely uneven. He took those back that day and we ultimately came to the agreement that he was to repair the loft window treatment and deliver the master bath treatment along with the 12-15 yards of excess fabric (not sure how he measured that so improperlyprice/yard is no less than about $35 so that is a pretty significant mistake) to another upholstery work room who was to repair his work. He was also to return $3,500 to me for the shoddy work. I have followed up with him SEVERAL times. I have email correspondence from him acknowledging his consent (several emails). He has yet to return an email or pick up the phone.
