I have lived in this neighborhood for YEARSOver the past years we have been bought out multiple times, had multiple changes in management and I have never seen much TLC put into this neighborhood sinceLot rent just continues to go up every yearYou pay just as much for a nicer looking apartmentManagement is only willing to help you when it benefits themThey have HORRIBLE customer serviceSecurity team is practically uselessThey arrive there at 6pm and are only there until around 1amThis used to be a lovely family oriented neighborhood now everybody just keeps their head down
