Palm Beach Appliance Repair

I contacted this company because the freezer ice maker in my 3 1/2 year old Samsung refrigerator had stopped making ice and the upper ice maker in the refrigerator compartment could not keep up. Five visits, $420, and nearly a month in time, and we've had NO ICE AT ALL SINCE THE FIRST VISIT! And now I am waiting to hear what [redacted], the non owner or owner of Palm Beach Appliance Repair plans to do next! (He hands out a card that claims he's the owner. The female who answers the phone said that he is "one of their top technicians!)
