I have been using Palm Beach AC for many years for routing cleanings. My ac was 14 years old when it finally broke. I called them to come out. The tech found a shorted compressor. Several options were given to me without any pressure to replace. In the end, we replaced it with a high efficiency system. They did a great job, cleaned up after. The inspection was called in only a few day later. I didn't even know you had to pull a permit. It passed with flying colors as they say.
