Palm Aire

Just experienced another very satisfying service call with Palm Aire. I have a 30 year old [redacted] system that occasionally hiccups but I honestly thought this was going to be the last gasp.
Technician [redacted], saved me once again!
Think of the checklist you might have for a great service call....
1) Courteous interaction when you call for help (+)
2) Technician arrives at stated time (++) Actually [redacted] arrived early - bonus!
3) Technician does an inspection then gives you a concise, easily understood breakdown of what he thinks the problem is, and what he will do to correct it. (+++)
4) The problem is resolved in the manner that was explained to you (++++)
5) The technician does not try and sell you something you don't need. (+++++). This is the second time [redacted] has told me to hang onto my 30 year old system.
6) You don't feel that you are just one on a long list of service calls and they are in a rush to get to the next job. (++++++)

Whenever I have had a service call from Palm Aire, this is what I have experienced. The unit, and the underlying problem will of course determine the end result but I know that I can count on all of the items on the above list and when I have to replace my old baby, [redacted] will be doing it for me.
As a personal aside, I actually enjoy having [redacted] service my unit not just because of the factors listed, but also because he is so pleasant and fun to chat with. I'm sure he is a very busy fellow, but he always takes the time for a little conversation which just adds to the overall experience.
