In response to above mentioned complaint let me begin by saying there is never an excuse for not responding to customer’s concerns immediately. I have spoken to the subcontractor (site leader) who did work on this property and advised him of this failure to respond to the customer in unacceptable...

and will not be tolerated. However, I am ultimately responsible to see that customer is satisfied.  Although not an excuse in this case I did get distracted by illness and brief hospitalization. I should however have followed up with customer and in this I failed.Site leader went to the home today, February 17th and met with customer and determined that the leaks do not appear to be coming from the roof work but from the skylight itself. The skylight was not closed completely and water was getting in around the edges. The second point of entry around the PVC ventilation pipe that had become disconnected was on the inside of home and customer reconnected pipe and this should resolve the issue.I will keep in touch with the client to insure that all problems are resolved and there is no further leaks.If you need additional information on this complaint please contact me.Sincerely,[redacted]
