We are very upset at the continued lack of response and action on part of Suddenlink to back and help it's customers in the Carthage, Mo Area I am looking at a $- $increase in additional data fees! I, along with a great many people who have to limit their lifestyles, due to a restrictive monopolized market WE FEEL CHEATED! I have tried several times to get a resolution or fair compromiseI have called multiple times, have been promised to be contacted and this issue addressed, NOTHING! I have even just today, approached a Suddenlink Neighborhood Associate at the [redacted] Gas Station hereI stressed our concerns and feelingsHE EVEN AGREED!
