Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
While I did not ask for the alignment work to be done, only for the alignment to be checked, that isn't the issue. The issue is that the computer-generated report of the alignment ostensibly done to my car indicates that either a) the work was done to another car and not mine or b) the work done to my car was to another set of standards, inappropriate for my vehicle. I again ask that my money be refunded.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely,

Review: I purchased a 2012 Audi A-4 Avant from this dealer on 03/**/2015 which includes a bumper to bumper warrentee for 18 months. The dealer said they would refund any monies not spent for taxes or titling. They have been notified by myself or my wife several times via email or phone conversations with the salesman and general manager concerning 1. Missing pieces of the vehicle, 2. The refund being incorrect and 3. The no cost financing. To date, non of these issues have been resolved. They have received a detailed and itemized accounting of what these charges should be as verified by the North Carolina DMV such as taxes and titling fees. They still owe me the difference between what they charged and that which they refunded for a balance of $287.50. In addition, the missing pieces that they acknowledge were not on the car when delivered have not been received or contracted to be installed by the local Audi dealer.Desired Settlement: We want the monies owed including any finance charges plus the missing gravel pan and luggage compartment cover.
Review: While the car was being serviced for a problem (still unresolved) with the seat belt sensor, I asked that the alignment be checked as the car had recently been wrecked and the repair work done out of state. Rather than check the alignment and report to me, I was charged for work done. The computer print-out, however, indicates a different car or set of specifications were used for the alignment.Desired Settlement: payment returned

Response:
The business has responded. Please see below:[redacted] brought her vehicle in asking for the alignment and suspension to be checked. Found alignment out and performed alignment. She provided payment for services over the phone. Alignment was performed and [redacted] was aware of repairs made.

[redacted] asked and received a 4 wheel alignment on her vehicle. We consider this matter closed at this time. Thank you.[redacted]

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because
I have no way of knowing that the alignment (that I *did not request*) was done on my car since the paperwork I received from the dealership indicates that it was not. Further, the work I took the car in to have done remains undone. This matter is NOT resolved.
