Review: Palisades billed me for insurance coverage which I had not renewed. I provided Palisades with information about coverage with another company for the time that Palisades alleges they provided me with covergae. Obviously I could not have had TWO policies at the same time! Palisades has filled for COLLECTION which is adversely affecting my credit! This is UNACCEPTABLE.Desired Settlement: STOP COLLECTION ACTION

I apologize for any inconvenience we have caused you. We have notified Credit Collection Services (CCS) to remove your account from collections. Your policy has been corrected to show an expiration date of June 1, 2012, and zero balance due to us. Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] please be assured that your records have been adjusted and your policy has been removed from collections. If you have any further questions, please feel free to call me.
