I purchased a pair of pants from this company (pd1105) back on the 21st of August and received the pants September 14thThey were too small on me so I emailed the owner about an exchangeHe was very courteous and responded saying to send them back and he would make me another pair largerI sent the pants back and they made it to his shop on the 18th of SeptemberKnowing these were custom pants, I was very patient and knew it would take a bit even though he said it would only take a week or A month goes bye and I decide to email him on the 16th of October wondering what the status of my order wasI get no response for days, so I decide to email the same person again asking for a refundIts now the 22nd of October and still getting no response from the same guy who responded to me before in a timely matter
