Paleo Bakehouse

I ordered some keto baked goods from this company. I ordered on Feb 2, 2020, and received them on Feb 10, 2020. They seemed legit and I was impressed that they were individually wrapped. In and on the packaging there were not any instructions or expiration dates, nor were there any instructions to immediately refrigerate or freeze upon receipt. I did not even think that they would only be good for a week after receiving them. In fact, I was only told the items had a two week "good" time frame after I emailed and complained that the products were molding. This means that if it took a week for me to receive them, I only had a week before they went bad unless I froze them. I had no idea this was the case. I spent $44.99 on a dozen keto donuts and 6 keto cookies and I only was able to consume three donuts and two cookies before they went bad. I wrote to them and told them my issue, and they said they would not give refunds and offered me a discount code only. I am sorry, but I do not want any more of your gross moldy donuts or cookies! I want my money back!
