I purchased a gift certificate for this establishment, worked with an artist on a design, and had several appointments canceled. When I realized this artist could not provide the service, I requested my money back. Not only was I told I couldn't get my money back, but I was treated very rudely and in a threatening manner by the owner--both over the phone and by email.
