Review: Business arrived at the customers house after hours. He arrived 12:30 midnight. Upon arrival, my message I requested to state who the product was from was not available. The products fruit had fell all along the side of the pouch. It looked disgusting, nothing like the picture not even close. I requested they send another one. The second item, the driver was taking public transportation. I had to drive to the delivery guy to pick the order up because he was lost. The delivery guy ripped the plastic the fruits were in. The freezer holder the fruits were in that was inside the plastic was filled with mold. It was brown and filthy. My fruits were contaminated. I was disgusted. Another order I had paid for never arrived on the date requested. The florist called and left a voicemail stating she needed to confirm an address. Because the driver couldn't find an address. I called and confirmed. Then I received an email saying customer wasn't available. Yet how can the customer not be available but the driver couldn't find the address. The product didn't arrive until several days later. I also had to direct the driver to the address. The driver was rude and obnoxious. Saying words I prefer to type. Both drivers arrived upon the scene dressed un professional. No identification stating they were from a business. My mother ( customer) thought she was being robbed. Driver didn't even have a pen. This business is terrible and should be looked at by the FDA.Desired Settlement: Business to be investigating. Refund awaiting. This business shouldn't be allowed to perform deliveries.
