Palacios Screen Enclosures

I had Mr*** *** who owns Palacios Screen & Enclosure, who came to do a job for meI have a aluminum roof done around 1995, and thru the years it seems it leaks in different areasI called this person to look at my aluminum roof, he told me that he can do the job, and gave me an estimate
I finally had the money to do the job, so I called him again to get it doneHe did mention that the job may not solve the problem, that it may still leakOne reason why I wanted the leaks taken care of is because I want to do an enclosure of the patio, and if it leaks their is no way I can do this
The job got done by a man Mr*** sent to my house, I paid $And what this man did most was clean all of the leaves that was kind of stuck under the house roof, and the aluminum patio..he used a blower and spent more time doing this, than sealing where it leaksI showed him the areas that needed this
Days later it began to rain, and their were leaks in several of the areas that needed to be sealed, that was supposed to have been taken care of
I called this man several times, and no call back madeI then decided to call him back again, and said on the phone ( left msge) that I cannot close the patio until this is taken care ofI finally called again, and got a hold of the owner, in which he said he would be at my house in minutesHe and the man that did the job showed up, and both went up to the patio roof, and was to seal again the areas that leakedAnother day it rain, and still have the leaks
The problem with this so called company is that no one returns the call, you have to call constantly to get someone to respond
I was going to give this man the job for the enclosure but how can I if they do not have a care of their work, will have the same issue if the job is not well doneMy personal opinion, these are not professionals, and once they have the money, that is it
