Palacios Flowers

Review: Placed an order online at [redacted] on 2/**/2014 at about 6 am my credit card was charged $96.89 but the flowers were never delivered. Have been contacting them ever since and they keep telling me they stopped taking orders days before the [redacted]. I keep explaining that the credit card was charged and they send me to the site for a refund I explain there is no place on the site for me to request a refund then they take my number and tell me they will call me but never do its been going on for a month now. I'm just asking for my money back nothing else even though I'm upset about the flowers not arriving.Desired Settlement: Just a refund will be fine.
