Review: [redacted] invited my son to participated on her sweet 15 bithday party. For that I was told to take him to Palacio de Novias so they can take mesurements for the rental of the tuxedo. The total rental charges were $110.00 wish I gave Esperanza Natera the owner of the Palacio de Novias $50.00 dollars as a down payment. Due to school practices and homework he was not going to be able to attended practices for the dance. The sweet 15 Party is not till May 17 so two months in advance I'm canceling and the lady don't want to give me my $50.00 dallars back. There are no signs on her store saying that downpayments are not refundable or in the rental agreement. She was very rude and disrespectful with me and my son that is why I need you guys to help me out.
