Asked for sample and never got it.
I asked for a sample and paid $13.92 for it. I never got them and got charged $82.76 on 12/27/2019 then $82.97 on 12/28/2019. So I called them about it and they were very rude and didn't want to give me a refund they just wanted to send me the samples but I didn't want anything just my money back but they refused to give it to me and told me they were going to continue to charge me because of my membership but I told them I never signed up for anything. You see I'm 76 and on a limited income I can't afford anything extra. I need help. Thank you
I just want my money back
This response was taken verbally by Revdex.com:
At this time we will have management reach out to the consumer who will be issuing a full refund for the two charges.
I filled out a survey on line. When I finished, I got an offer for a free product for fillling it out. It offered one of several items, free. I chose one and it asked for $4.95 to cover shipping. I gave my card number. A week or so later, I got the product. I thought that was it. On Christmas Day, I got a notice from Zion's Bank that $82.97 had been charged to my account by Onpar9serum.com. I did not authorize this charge. The bank officer was told that I had signed up for a trial offer, and they were authorized to debit my account. The debit card I used has been revoked, and they cannot charge again. I called the number they provided, and spoke to Ashley in Customer Service. I told her the problem, and that I wanted a refund, and I had not received anything other than the supposed free product.
Product_Or_Service: face cream
Other (requires explanation) I want my money returned to my account, and no further contact from the business. Also, honesty in advertising would be called for. When a business tells you something is free for a delivery charge, they should not be able to charge you 82.97 a week later!
This response was taken verbally by the Revdex.com:
At this time we will provide a refund. We will try to send back to that account and if this does work then we resend refund by check by mail.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
If all the money is refunded, I will accept the response.
