Received a carpet from them manufactured by [redacted] carpet out of Georgia. It has been shedding to the point where my 8 month old child cannot sit on it without being completely covered in wool fibers. It has been replaced once and the exact same problem occurs with the new rug. I replaced a vaccum as the manufactures recommendation and same problem persists only this time they basically denied our claim for a different kind or rug or store credit. Very unsatisfied as none of the other rugs in my home shed to even close to this extent. Poor quality for the price and even worse service from the retailer.
