Automated phone system 9017631111 states twilight times 4-6 pm movies $5I called palace cinema on 6-1-14 at 3:30pm automated system to get prices for the 4:15pm showing of [redacted] and it said twilight times from 4-6pm is $5. I called the theater to confirm they were in deed playing it and to confirm the admission price. The young lady said that it was playing and the price is $6.50. I told her the automated system says$5. She said the boss was at another job and the manager was on break. I asked when he would be back, she said maybe 4:30pm. She then let me speak to [redacted]. I told [redacted] that the automated system says$5 for twilight showing from 4-6. He said [redacted] starts at 5pm. [redacted] is not what the system says. I told him they were miss leading the public and that needed to be taken down and I told him I know my rights and I'd be contacting Revdex.com. He said he would make a note of it. I came along with my two kids. We were charged$6.50 each. I have my tickets as well as a recording of the automated advertisement.Desired SettlementI would like palace cinema to update their automated system with correct prices and refund the difference in my charge.Business Response Sorry
