having with our program or the payments that were due before the issue of this complaint.I had my assistant contact the family to offer a meeting to discuss the situation and what we could do to help them stay in our program. In the case that they wanted to cancel the contract altogether, I would still need to meet with them in order to discuss the reasons for cancellation since the billing company that controls the contract payments needs an appropriate justifications to cancel the contract payments. However, they refused to meet us and instead directly sent a complaint letter to Revdex.com. From the beginning, we make sure to explain and answer questions regarding any of the contracts, help the families find the best fitting one, and answer any concerns after signing up as well. During the meeting to sign their child up, the family said they understood what the contracts entail and made the decision themselves which program was best for them personally and financially.We are very open to discuss with the family about cancelling their contract or any other way we could accommodate them. Dooyoung Pai
