Review: The domain service is listed in an assignment in a computer course textbook. The service is listed as free with an option to continue as a paid service. No option was received and I have sent an email stating that I do not want the service. I finally called and stated that I do not want the service and I was informed I would receive an email confirming. I have still not received an email stating that the service has been cancelled and according to the billing department I still owe for bill. Waiting for response from company.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to remove the charges for a service I do not use.

We resent that confirmation on September 27 upon receiving this complaint. The message resent on September 27 was sent to both addresses [redacted] had submitted to us. No payment was made for the account, it was cancelled as requested, and no payment is due. We welcome Mr. [redacted] to contact us via email or phone if he has any additional concerns.
