*** *** The patch work was completed however the cracks was not sealed within two weeks I contacted you again and informed you all the cracks were back along with the weeds coming back through and it needed to be fixed, you agreed to fix the problem which has not been done as of yet

I went back to the property and addressed the issue in 2014. [redacted] then relayed to me that the patch work of the drive way was approved by the Home Owner's Association.
