it's too bad you do not have zero stars to award because that is what this 1 man 'company' deserves. 'ronald samual' is a fake name and you will never be able to track him down to sue him to get the deposit back. he charges 50 % of the bid 'up front' then refuses to come and do the work. one excuse after the other, 'other big job's, bad weather etc. for months and months. look for the big 'painting by ronald samual' sign 724 787 5923 on 1628 county line rd champion but he doesnt live there and it's a fake name. . . just don't give this guy your money , it is like pullling teeth to get him to actually do the work. and did I add he always wants paid in cash ? wonder why ?

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They are inexperienced and very unprofessional! Both Ron and his partner have substance abuse issues. They will take your down payment and disappear, making excuses of why they can't start the job. It's because they use the down payment to feed their addictions, and do not have money to buy materials for the job. These are very crooked people

Review: I signed a work order with Ronald S[redacted] S[redacted] on 11 June 2015 to power wash and stain my 12 x 30 cabin for a total price of $1600.00 with $800.00 paid at signing with remainder due upon completion. He stated that he could get the cabin power washed any day with decent weather and he would need several days of dry weather before staining. After 18 days of excuses and heated phone calls I sent him a certified letter to cancel the deal. I asked several times to get my deposit back but he refused.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my entire deposit back but would settle for $600.00 returned and chalk it up to a bad business experience.
