Painted Trails Apartments

Horrible apartment comple since new ownership and new management! Dog poop all over the place, even though they supposedly have hired a porter to pick up the poop. This porter is usually given other jobs, other than cleaning the dog poop. Sidewalks are broken and don't get fixed which is dangerous. There have been shootings, and multiple thefts in this complex in the last two years. New Management staff have no idea what's going on throughout the complex and rely on the tenants to spy on each other and then report back. They charge you incorrect rent, even though you have a lease that says otherwise; Don't ever disagree with the office manager because then you will be put on the "B" list; Office staff changes frequently due to management issues and money is the bottom line with RK properties. They have the property and apartments (if you call) sprayed for bugs, etc. on a weekly basis, yet there are [redacted] roaches running around all over the place, both inside and out, despite being sprayed. They have a breed restriction list for dogs, but then if they like you, they will let you bring a breed restricted dog in, or, you can tell them your breed restricted dog is another breed, and they will believe you due to ignorance of not knowing what their own restricted breeds look like. The only thing good about this apartment is the great maintenance staff who do a fabulous job. Wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
