the original estime that I sent to the owner and insurance company was over $2700, the owner chose my repair shop and wanted to know if I could be repaired instead of replace I informed it it could not be repaired I was told to contact the owners son witch I did told the replacement of the entire
roof would cost I was contacted by the owner of the vehicle from florida asked if I can go look at the car at there residence in shelton ct which I did I was asked to do an estimate and send it to them and there insurance company which I did the estimate was in excess of $i got a phone cal a few weeks later from the owner that they had choosen my shop and then asked if it could be repair which I had to involve a auto top repair company and they told me that it could not be repairedi was informed to call the owners son and I told him it would have to be replaced and gave him the price of $i would would have never given him a price of $when the roof cost me $1500

Hello....We contacted *** *** prior to ordering the said seatWe made him aware of the fact that it was a "used" seatThe paperwork from the company where we ordered it from specifically states that it is a seat for a year through The invoice stated that it was a "seat cover"
because that's how it came up in our computer *** SystemWe invoice from the estimate generated from themIf the customer did not like the wording, it could have been changed had he mentioned that he had an issue with itThe customer also inspected the seat prior to us installing it and agreed to have us install itHe asked if we can remove any stains that may be present and we said that we would shampoo it prior to him picking up his vehicleHe stated on the complaint to you that he would like to know where the seat came from, etcAny information that he may have wanted he could have received had he expressed this to us when he picked up his vehicle and signed off on the work, thanking us for doing the jobPlease see attached
