I first went into their SD store and spent a couple of hours going over tile, vanity and plumbing fixturesI was ready to make the deal and move onto the next thing on my to do listBut Jerry insisted that we go home and think it overI should have insisted on ordering everything and getting it over because now that I waited the Tile is 6-weeks back ordered When I was first in the showroom I was looking at a vanity in one of the brochuresI called and asked Jerry between the first and second visit to contact that company and find out more about that particular vanity When I came back a third time I discovered that he never bothered to obtain the information (cost & etc,) I requested about the vanityYesterday before I left the showroom (3rd time) I asked him again to look up the information on the VanityIt's now a day later and I haven't heard back from him

Merchant advertised a Grohe shower system as in stock on their website and processed my order (on 8/3), including billing my PayPal accountOn 8/7, I was called and told the item was on back order but confirmed it was available if I was willing to waitI confirmed I was willing to waitThen I was emailed on 8/and told that the shower system was no longer available from the Manufacturer and my order couldn't be fulfilledAfter receiving this email and feeling like I was getting the runaround I called the manufacturer directly and found out the item was very much available and units were coming inWhen I shared my findings with the Merchant they said the units must have been allocated and therefore that's why they couldn't fulfill my orderI called the Manufacturer back and this also wasn't trueAll units were availableWhen I brought this to the merchants attention I was told that they would look into it and then received an email stating they couldn't send me the product
