Painted Fox

I have purchased my china cabinet on 04/13/2023 for $3,340.00. I received email with order confirmation and a statement that I will receive email with tracking number once my order is shipped. I have never heard back from this company. I thought they are manufacturing my piece. However, when I tried to contact Painted Fox and Jen Murray, their owner, I did not receive any information back. I called multiple times, I emailed them many times, I also submitted my request online twice regarding the delivery dates. Nobody returned my communication. I did not hear back from them. I had no choice but dispute the transaction. I believe that this business is not legit, it's a scam. Their website does not offer the contact or customer phone number or email address. They only have the online form for complaints. It seems like Painted Fox Home just takes your money, sends or not the order confirmation without any contact info for them. The orders are not delivered and the company does not provide any communication. I want my money back since it's been 4.5 months since my order. I paid a lot of $$ in interest for the loan I had to take to pay for this order, so it's very frustrating that Painted Fox does not have courtesy to reply on your requests. No furniture, no money, no customer service... Do not order from this company.
