weekThis is standard practice - it takes 30-days from when the piano is picked up to when it is deliveredThe piano will be sent out as soon as our west truck gets back from his current run and we unload and reload it
I do apologize that the person who filed the complaint was not aware of this policyIt is because he is not the one who is in contract with our company
Our company has no control over the promises made to this person by person who sold the piano
Also, just to note, after several attempts, I haven't yet received the actual delivery information from the person who placed the order with me (the seller of the piano)It's not really pertinent to the case at hand, but I wanted to make it known regardless
