Paint Pros

I have a Chevy Silverado 1500 truck. On January 12 2019 a truck dumped rocks on my truck while driving on the highway. I took my truck to Paint Pros shop to get repaired. It was covered through the truck companies insurance. From the beginning it was problem after problem that ended up costing me time and money because of Paint Pros shop. Here we are a year later an they have still not completely fixed things properly. Currently they had to do body work and replace headlights and mirrors because of damage. I asked them to replace the lights with LED because they are brighter. They did yet what I didn't know was they told me that they could only get aftermarket items. So the owner showed me some lights and mirrors and I said ok, they look nice yet he was ordering them from China he later told me that a lot of the products that he orders from there have similar problems with being defective. The lights and the mirrors are currently defective and this is the second time for the taillights. Now the shop is telling me that the third party that they purchased the taillights from would not take these back and send a third set out nor give a refund because its been too long of time. So now the body shop is basically saying to bad now its on you as the customer to take care of it even though they have been paid to do the work by my insurance company yet they refuse to do it right way an finish it. Also they did not do the paint job right at all with leaving hand marks in the paint as well as the paint on the door handles have chipped after not even a year. Very bad quality of workmanship.
