Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have proof I spoke with their office moments before receiving a harassing call from "Chuck" and their billing department stated they "were not even trying to collect for a debt that old." The paperwork photocopied is not recent, and I have since been a patient there multiple times to which they have stated my account was currentAt the time of this debt, I was a college student and did not have insurance or a job, to which the original creditor was aware ofIt was a result of a car accidentI also complained regarding the harassing calls to my work which I requested ceased and "Chuck" himself stated it was "his right to contact me there." Which, by the way, IS NOT, as stated under the Fair Debt Collections ActNot only was I disputing the validation, since the original creditor said it was not seeking anymore, but I was also disputing the repor of the "debt collector" who would harass me daily, calling multiple times a day, leaving me numbers to call back that were disconnectedIt has made me question the validity of this "collection agency." Regards, [redacted]
