Review: I HAD LUNCH THERE IN MAY OF 2013 AND LEFT A CASH TIP, THEY TOOK $5.00 OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT USING MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER, YESTERDAY. I CALLED AND THEY SAID IT WAS A COMPUTER PROBLEM CONCERNING TIP MONEY. IF EVERYONE THAT USED A CREDIT CARD THERE IN THE LAST 3 MONTH GETS CHARGED THAT THOUSAND OF DOLLARS.Desired Settlement: Refund the $5.00

Please find herein the response that we have issued to each customer affected by a failure of our credit card processor, which prompted the above-referenced complaint that was filed to the Revdex.com. We are very sorry for the inconvenience to you. Our credit card processor failed to allow the gratuities you approved to be processed since May. If you have eaten with us in that time frame, you will notice that when your meal charge posted to your account, it posted as the amount without the gratuity. We have now corrected the problem, but in doing so, all of those gratuities are now being processed. If you would like, we will be happy to send you a copy of your signed receipt for your records. Please respond to us with your name, date of visit, and last 4 digits of the card you used. Thank you for your patience as we work through this issue, and again we apologize for any inconvenience. We see that on the complaint, the customer claims to have left a cash tip. However, his card was charged due to the fact that a credit card tip was indicated on his original receipt. If the customer wishes to obtain a copy of that receipt or to dispute the tip charge, he may feel free to contact us directly so we can research the matter in more detail. We will be happy to help him in whatever way possible and would have in no way intended to charge him twice for his tip. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions or concerns.
